Questions buyers ask
Is hilsa wild caught?
Yes. Hilsa is not farmed anywhere. All stock is wild caught in the Padma, Meghna and Bay of Bengal fisheries and traced to the landing centre.
How is net weight declared?
After glaze deduction. The glaze percentage is stated on the packing list and printed on each carton, so what you pay for is what thaws out.
Which establishment processes the fish?
Fish is processed through an establishment approved for your destination market. We confirm the specific listing and share the approval reference before any contract is signed, because entry depends on it.
