Inside the packing house

Every photograph on this site was taken in our own packing house, at our collection points, on our own consignments and at the far end where they were delivered. Nothing here is stock photography, because you are buying our process, not somebody else’s picture of one.

Why importers keep the second order coming

Most first orders from Bangladesh fail for the same three reasons: a certificate that did not match the packing list, a temperature break nobody logged, and a grade that drifted between shipment one and shipment two. We built our process around those three failures.

Documents built from the shipment, not typed twice

Invoice, packing list, certificate references and lot codes come out of one system, so the numbers on the phytosanitary certificate are the same numbers on the carton. No retyping, no mismatch at the border post.

Temperature logged end to end

Pulp temperature at packing, at the airport or port, and at stuffing. The log travels with the consignment, so if a claim is ever raised there is a record instead of an argument.

Grading fixed in writing before loading

Size band, glaze percentage, tolerance and defect allowance go into the sales contract. Shipment ten looks like shipment one because the specification never moved.

Private label without a separate factory

Bilingual English/French packs for Canada, Arabic for the Gulf, your own brand on the carton. Digital proof and a physical sample before the print run.

Common questions

What is the minimum order for a first shipment?

Air freight starts at 100-500 kg depending on the line. Sea freight starts at one 20-foot container. First orders are often mixed consignments so a buyer can test several lines at once.

Which payment terms do you accept?

Irrevocable letter of credit at sight is standard for container shipments. T/T in advance or a part-advance arrangement is used for smaller air consignments and repeat buyers.

How quickly do you quote?

Within 4-6 working hours of receiving a request, Dhaka time. The quotation states the Incoterm, packing, grade, freight lane and the exact certificate package for your destination.

Can you handle the import paperwork for our country?

We prepare the export side in full and pre-fill everything your customs broker needs for IPAFFS, TRACES NT, SFCR, SABER or GSO clearance. Your broker files locally; we make sure nothing is missing.
