An importer carries the legal risk of what lands at their border. So rather than a wall of logos, this page lists what we hold, who issued it and what it covers — and says plainly where a document is issued per consignment instead.

Quality control at each stage
At source
Contract farms and landing centres are coded, so every lot traces back to a block or a boat. Growers follow good agricultural practice for the destination’s residue limits.
At the packhouse
Sorting to the contracted grade, defect tolerance checked against the sample, pulp temperature recorded, carton lot code applied before sealing.
In the laboratory
Antibiotic residue for shrimp, salmonella for betel leaf, pesticide residue for fresh produce, aflatoxin for spices. Reports from accredited laboratories travel with the goods.
Before loading
Pre-shipment photo set or physical sample released for buyer sign-off, then documents cross-checked line by line against the packing list.
